A Functional Medicine Approach to Reducing Toxic Burden
In our modern world, we are exposed to a multitude of toxins on a daily basis. These toxins can find their way into our homes, affecting our health and well-being in ways we might not even be aware of.
From air pollution and chemical contaminants in water sources to the countless synthetic compounds in our consumer products, even medications, these toxins can accumulate in our bodies over time, potentially leading to a range of symptoms and chronic illness.

Studies show that practicing HeartMath tools may support better reaction times, improved sleep quality, increased energy, enhanced stress resilience, and greater emotional regulation through improved heart-brain coherence — a state where the heart, brain, and nervous system function
in more synchronized balance.
HeartMath techniques are designed to help individuals intentionally
shift into this regulated state, supporting overall well-being and
adaptive nervous system function.
Through guided HeartMath sessions, you’ll learn practical techniques designed to support nervous system balance, emotional regulation, and heart-brain coherence — helping you build a stronger foundation
for overall well-being.

Now in her 6th year with The Center for Intentional Health, Kelsey Hentzen will present this June on the benefits of Emotion Code. Emotion Code helps to access the wisdom of the subconscious mind through a form of muscle testing (Applied Kinesiology) to get the information needed to release trapped emotions. Using muscle testing quickly helps identify, and release hidden trapped emotions, which are unproductive emotional energies from negative past events. Watch for the dates and more details!
